How Anthropic’s lock-up works: Covered non-founder personnel may transfer up to 10% at trading commencement and an additional 35% after FY26 results. Other covered holders follow staged schedules, with remaining balances released at the earlier Q1 / 180-day or Q3 / 365-day trigger, depending on the agreement. Founders have a separate 29% early-transfer cap. Percentages apply to each cohort’s securities; actual cohort quantities and dates remain undisclosed.
